The man who allegedly bludgeoned another man on his head with a scantling and had been on the run forOmesh Seelallover a week has finally surrendered. He is expected to be charged with murder.The man surrendered around midday on Monday in company of Attorney-at-Law Mursaline Bacchus at the Central Police Station.
