The couple got married in 1945. He passed away in 1992 at the age of 78.Elgin said that her mother “didn’t tell you one thing today and changed her mind about it tomorrow.”At the grand celebration last Saturday were Region Six Chairman,  David Armogan who represented President Donald Ramotar; Leader of the Opposition, Ret’d Brig.
