A labourer stood before Magistrate Ann McLennan at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court yesterday,King Dunlap Chargers Jersey, charged with the offence of break and enter and larceny.It is alleged that between November 24 and 25 at James Street,Billy Turner Dolphins Jersey, Albouystown,Lance Alworth Chargers Jersey, Imran Rahaman broke and entered the storeroom of his nephew Ahamad Rahaman and stole one tool kit,Drew Kaser Chargers Jersey, three vehicle shacks,Kellen Winslow Chargers Jersey, one socket kit,Stephen Tulloch Eagles Jersey, one racing car tyre,Wilbert Montgomery Eagles Jersey, one scale and 14 saw blades valuing a total of $51,700 .The charge was indictable and thus the accused was not required to plead.Police Prosecutor Dinero Jones provided the court with particulars of the accused, who had no legal representation in court yesterday.Jones told the court that Rahaman is forty years old,Andre Williams Chargers Jersey, a labourer by profession and has had no previous brushes with the law. Prosecutor Jones objected to bail due to the fact,Isa Abdul-Quddus Dolphins Jersey, that Imran Rahaman did not provide the police with a proper address and therefore may not return to court.The Magistrate upheld the Prosecutor’s objection to bail and the accused was remanded. The matter has been transferred to Court 3 for December 4. |
