Meredith added that he sensed that not all the players have the Council’s interest at heart.According to Deputy Mayor, Robert Williams, he summoned the parties involved to a meeting to discuss the exercise but no one showed up for it.In response, Pluck stated that the information was unavailable to conduct the meeting. She said that the evaluation office reported that there is duplication of data. As such, more work has to be done to produce a proper list.This resulted in the Mayor calling a meeting on Wednesday this week with the Finance Committee.
