Two alleged illegal ammunition holders were on Tuesday released on bail after they appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts.Winston Marshall,Brett Favre Packers Jersey UK, 29,James Harrison Steelers Jersey UK, of 84 First Street,Jack Butler Steelers Jersey UK, Craig,Tedy Bruschi Patriots Jersey UK, East Bank Demerara,Jack Ham Steelers Jersey UK, and Faith Fordyce, 32, of 67 South Sophia are accused of having a .32 live round of ammunition in their possession,Lynn Swann Steelers Jersey UK, when they were not holders of a firearm licence.They were found with the ammunition at Fordyce’s residence. The duo denied the charge before Magistrate Ann Mc Lennon.Fordyce and Marshall were each released on $150,000 bail.The facts of the matter were read to the court by Police Prosecutor,Chris Hogan Patriots Jersey UK, Bharrat Mangru.The facts stated that on the day in question,Louis Lipps Steelers Jersey UK, the police were on patrol duties in the area when they received certain information. As a result of the information received, the police proceeded to a yard and carried out a search.Upon seeing the police the defendants went back into the house. The police followed them and carried out a search on the premises where the ammunition was found.Fordyce’s Attorney, during her bail application, told the court that on the day in question,Randall Cobb Packers Jersey UK, a party of police went to her client’s home. She said that a policeman in short pants jumped Fordyce’s fence and placed the allegation to her.The prosecutor objected to bail citing the seriousness and prevalence of the offence. But his objections were overruled by the Magistrate and the defendants were granted their pre-trial liberty.The matter was adjourned to July 21. |
