Gordon ran away and was later cornered by the accused who dealt him several more stabs” London added.Waldron added, “Two against one is a bank not a fight.”He asked the magistrate that his client be released on his own recognizance since the police violated the law by keeping the accused in custody for over the 72-hour period that the law permits them to.Prosecutor London went on to state that the accused never reported the matter to the police so therefore no charges could be issued to the complainants.The magistrate remanded the accused. He is expected to return to court on November 3.
