Magistrate Sunil Scarce, on Monday dismissed a case brought against 58-year-old Hytilall Ramandahin,Supply Cheap Jerseys, because the police failed to provide enough evidence to prosecute the defendant.The former Region Two boat Captain was initially charged with one count of manslaughter.
