A Cumberland East Canje resident was remanded to jail by Magistrate Adela Nagamootoo after she entered a not guilty plea for him. Joseph was subsequently charged. Prosecutor Playter argued that there were no special reasons for bail to be granted. The Magistrate refused bail and fixed the matter for February 10. |
