Bakridi was at the wheel of the vehicle which was travelling at terrific speed on the Betsy Ground Public road when he lost control of the vehicle which grazed a road sign before continuing for about 20 meters. The accused then broadsided a parked trailer and the car spun around before toppling and ending on its side at the side of the road.Jugisteer was thrown from the vehicle while Bakridi was left trapped inside.  Then men were picked up and rushed to the New Amsterdam Hospital where Jugisteer was pronounced dead on arrival.A post mortem examination was done on the body of Jugisteer by Dr. Vivikanan Brijmohan at the New Amsterdam hospital and gave the cause of death as multiple injuries and fractured skull.In his bail application,Cheap NFL Jerseys, Attorney at Law Ramesh Rajkumar stated that the offence is a bailable one.
