She indicated that business entities are asked to train these individuals on the job and provide the Ministry with the evaluation of their performances.The Ministry of Labour also funds the National Training Project for Youth Empowerment (NTPYE) which was launched in 2005. The aim of this project is to provide technical and vocational education and training to school dropouts.The programme consists of on the job training and exposure to life skills educational classes.
