Tragedy struck on the Cotton Tree Public Road yesterday morning after a speeding car that was reportedly travelling far above the speed limit, hit two school children killing one of them on the spot and crashed into a nearby fence,.Eyewitnesses told the media that the driver could have been speeding at over 100kmh in a 50kmh zone.
