The threatening language charge came when McCoy reportedly told Stewart that he was a “marked man” and that he should “watch himself”.McCoy is also charged for the alleged assault of Natalie Ross. Under the same circumstances he allegedly ran the woman down with his sports utility vehicle. She had to be hospitalized overnight. That matter will be heard following the trial involving Stewart.
