He told the court that he operates a shop.Police Prosecutor, Corporal Deniro Jones objected to bail citing the gravity of the charge and quantum of cash involved. Jones argued that the police facts differ and investigations are still ongoing. Jones added that more charges are likely to be instituted against David and Mohan.Furthermore, the Prosecutor contended that the defendants are a flight risk and may not return to court for trial.
