Telford contended that even under that circumstance, the defendant is not authorized to sell the lands; the lawful sale of such lands is only via GGMC.The virtual complainant subsequently informed the court that he had the responsibility of capturing the defendant who had been avoiding the police. Hubbard reportedly picked up Layne,Cheap NFL Jerseys Wholesale, after he was seen standing in the compound of the Guyana Geology and Mines Commission.The case was stood down for a while, as police personnel verified whether the claims of the complainant were truthful. As a result, it was confirmed that Layne was placed on station bail but later failed to report to the police station. He was on the run since December last.Layne was remanded to prison until June 12.
