A fourth man who was implicated in an armed robbery that took place at Bourda Market on September 23 was yesterday brought to the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court to answer the charge of robbery under arms.Kelvin Singh pleaded not guilty to the offence when he appeared before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry.
