However, it was revealed that that ‘hit-man’ made off with the fee without harming Singh and the relatives then allegedly paid others to commit the crime. A post mortem examination revealed that Singh suffered 20 stab wounds about his body. He died as a result of shock and haemorrhage due to multiple stab wounds.Singh had only returned to Guyana some three weeks ago for the burial of his brother. He was scheduled to return to the United States today.
