Diamond Housing Scheme resident, Lytllelan Caesar, was yesterday refused bail when he appeared in court charged with two counts of obtaining by false pretence.The charges were read to him by Magistrate Melissa Robertson-Ogle in the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.It was alleged that on May 24, 2007,Wholesale China NFL Jerseys, with intent to defraud, he obtained $1.5M from Vanessa Singh by falsely pretending that he was the owner of a piece of land at 157 Dhanraj Street,Wholesale NFL Jerseys, Newtown,Wholesale NBA Jerseys, and that he was in a position to sell. It was also alleged that on May 30,Wholesale NFL Jerseys, 2007, he obtained $1.5 from John Milling for the same piece of land. Caesar pleaded not guilty to the charges. He was represented by Attorney-at-Law, Peter Hugh, who made a bail application.Hugh said Caesar is an electrician by profession and a father of three young children.
