State Prosecutor Stacy Goodings yesterday made an application for deposition of two witnesses to beAccused : Leon Duncanadmitted into the trial of Leon Duncan, called ‘Whistle’, for the murder of businessman Intaz Roopnaine.The witnesses, Tiana Cumberbatch and Linden Shirley, cannot be located. Police witnesses were called to the stand to verify the information.As such, Prosecutor Goodings made an application to have court admit the depositions of the missing witnesses into evidence in trial.   Goodings is presenting the case in association with Prosecutors Orinthia Schmidt and Tuanna Hardy.
