Sometimes when you are negotiating, you tend to push a little harder. Both sides do that, but then we would stop and reflect on where we want to go and finally we get a good document.”“Basically it is two documents, but one is in the body of the other. The Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) is for four years. Then the wages agreement is for one year, it is annually negotiated.
