Some will argue that this made up title is another way for the PPP to reward friends.Really I would like Charles Ramson to tell Guyanese taxpayers what he has done so far to justify US$6,000.00 per month. Do you know how many more people can be employed for that sum? How many play grounds for youths can be built for that sum? How many bathroom facilities for schools can be improved for that amount?
