Water flow not expected anytime soon in Dazzell Scheme The community of Bare Root, East Coast Demerara,Soccer World Cup Jerseys, can expect water by the end of the week, so said Housing and Water Minister Irfaan Ali. When that obligation was not met another promise was made. He said that because the community is managed by a co-operative the government cannot move to assist the community like it will with others. According to him this situation has to be remedied before any water network is installed there.
