Earlier this week, In The Now magazine conducted an interview with vocalist Chuck Billy of San Francisco Bay Area metallers TESTAMENT during the band's U.S. tour with ANTHRAX and DEATH ANGEL. TESTAMENT has tapped Gene "The Atomic Clock" Hoglan (ex-DARK ANGEL, ex-STRAPPING YOUNG LAD,Joe Vitale Jersey, FEAR FACTORY,Jhonas Enroth Jersey, DETHKLOK) to sit behind the kit for select dates on the ANTHRAX tour. Gene will perform with TESTAMENT from October 28 through November 13; the remainining dates will see TESTAMENT joined by John Tempesta (EXODUS,Brian Campbell Jersey, WHITE ZOMBIE,Jeremy Roenick Jersey, ROB ZOMBIE,Darren Helm Jersey, HELMET, THE CULT). Due to a "serious injury," regular TESTAMENT drummer Paul Bostaph is unable to take part in the tour. Paul was also absent from the recording sessions for TESTAMENT's new album,Andrew Desjardins Jersey, "The Dark Roots Of Earth", tentatively due in late April/early May 2012 via Nuclear Blast Records.  SADUS drummer Jon Allen sat behind the kit for TESTAMENT when the band performed in the place of IN FLAMES at the first two shows of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival  on July 9 in San Bernardino,Andrew Shaw Jersey, California and on July 10 in Mountain View,Bobby Smith Jersey, California  as well as on the group's recently completed South American tour.
