A Berbice teacher was yesterday remanded to prison after he was accused of robbing a woman at gunpoint. He appeared in the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts before Magistrate Ann Mc Lennan.The teacher, Timothy Sampson,NFL From China, 29, of Number 45 Village West Berbice,NFL Jerseys China, is accused of robbing Indranie Singh of $100,000 in cash. Hodge, 43 denied the charge before Magistrate Mc Lennan. Police Prosecutor, Sergeant Neville Jeffers informed the court that the car was recovered.Hodge will be making his next court appearance on September 8, when he will appear before Magistrate Alex Moore. |
