Euclin Da Silva, 39, of 23 Hadfield Street, Wortmanville, was yesterday remanded to prison by Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson,NFL Jerseys China, on a charge of indecently assaulting Latoya Payne on July 5. He pleaded not guilty and is being represented by attorney at law, Euclin Gomes.The lawyer in an unsuccessful bid to secure bail for his client told the court that Da Silva was married with three children.Gomes further explained to the court that the entire allegation stemmed from Payne not wanting to do her duties.“This young woman is only making these allegations after she complained about the conditions at the workplace and her refusal to work”. The lawyer asked for bail in a reasonable sum. However, the virtual complainant who was present in court told the magistrate that her “boss” had called her at the back of the building.“He called me at the back of the building asking me why I had to go out with the bartender, so I tell he that after I leave his business place its my personal time” Payne explained.According to Payne, she was attacked by Da Silva but she managed to escape and made calls to her mother.She said that Da Silva made attempts to settle the matter but she refused.“My worship he offering me to send me to computer classes if I don’t say anything.”Da Silva is expected to make another court appearance on July 16.
