The Ethnic Relations Commission (ERC) on Monday commenced a series of meetings with its constituencies to create feedback on the work of the Commission and for them to express their concerns on issues that the ERC can help resolve.The first meeting was held in the ERC Boardroom with 13 representatives of the Hindu community,Nike Vapor Max Plus Triple Black, nine representatives from the Muslim community and 12 women representatives,Kevin Love Jersey, under the chairmanship of ERC Chairman,J.R. Smith Jersey, Bishop Juan Edghill.Also at the forum were Commissioners Carvil Duncan and John Willems.Bishop Edghill explained the aim of the meeting and highlighted the work of the ERC,Authentic Buffalo Bills Jersey, particularly the implementation of its current Neighbourhood Conference project.The pilot phase of this project concluded on Friday in Region Ten.During the interaction with the various representatives several issues were raised; the ERC intends to intervene to bring about a solution while others commended the work of the Commission and pledged their continued support to assist the ERC in effectively executing its mandate.Three other constituency meetings were conducted yesterday with representatives of the Christian community,Cheap Soccer Jerseys Authentic, youths and representatives of Labour Organisations.Today a meeting will be convened with representatives Private Sector and Civil Society. |
