Disgruntled employees attached to the Rose Hall sugar estate congregated in front of the Bank of Nova Scotia yesterday in the area and protested what they deemed as ‘eye-pass’ from the sugar company.The workers had spent much of the afternoon awaiting the arrival of their weekly wages.According to the workers, their monies had been promised by 13:30hrs.
