Miguel Hutson and Patrick Bailey,Chris Hogan Patriots Jersey UK, who were allegedly found with a large quantity of illegal drugs in their possession,Julius Peppers Packers Jersey UK, yesterday denied all allegations brought against them.The duo made their appearance before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court where they were told that the police are alleging that on July 18 at Powis Landing,Dermontti Dawson Steelers Jersey UK, Five Star Backdam in the North West District,Heath Miller Steelers Jersey UK, they had in their possession 105 grams of cocaine and 1350 grams of cannabis for the purpose of trafficking.The defendants are being represented by Attorney at Law Satyesh Kissoon, who made an unsuccessful application for bail stating that his clients were not in possession of the drugs. Kissoon declared that a number of persons were present in the camp at the time the raid was conducted by the police ranks, he also indicated to the court that all the occupants of the camp ran away when the illicit substance were discovered.The Attorney then noted that his clients had nothing to fear,Patrick Chung Patriots Jersey UK, so they remained at the camp from where they were taken into police custody.However,Artie Burns Steelers Jersey UK, the Prosecution’s facts differed. The prosecutor told the court that the defendants ran upon the arrival of the police ranks. The court heard that the duo were pursued by the ranks; brought back to the camp where the search was conducted in their presence and the narcotics were discovered.They were subsequently arrested and charged with the offences.
