Several Barticians are calling for some for of intervention as several Government projects as well as other construction works in the community have been stalled.According to residents of the community,Joe Greene Steelers Jersey, supplier BK International has refused to sell stones to persons and businesses in the mining community stones.Several businesses that spoke to this publication said that this has been the case for more than three weeks. According to reports out of the area this has caused a major setback in the community housing development.“Right now we have construction which we had to stop,John Stallworth Steelers Jersey, and given the fact persons have been out of jobs because construction has been stalled,Troy Polamalu Steelers Jersey,” one businessman said. Persons also complain of persons not being able to build tombs for burials in the area.Further this publication has been reliably informed that several Government contracts have also been stalled including sea defense works,Tevin Coleman Falcons Jersey, works on the Two Miles Primary as well and construction on Government buildings.However persons in the community said they are more concerned about the amount of construction workers who are currently out of jobs.When contacted yesterday Brian Tiwari of BK International said that he is unaware of the issue. He said that as far as he knows anyone can purchase stone from his company. He however promised to call at the quarry to investigate.Tiwari said that as far as he knows the scale at his Teperu quarry has been down but he is not sure that there is an issue with Barticians. He has given all assurances that a full investigation will be carried out to rectify the issue if there is any. |
